DUI Manslaughter

DUI Manslaughter involves causing death to another person, directly or indirectly. This is a second degree felony. The judge can sentence an offender to a minimum of 124.5 months in prison up to 15 years in prison. The penalties are as follows:

  1. A minimum of 124.5 months in prison up to 15 years in prison;
  2. Up to 15 years of probation;
  3. Up to $10,000.00 in fines;
  4. Permanent driver’s license revocation;
  5. Community service;
  6. Impoundment of vehicles;
  7. DUI School;
  8. Victim Impact Panel class;
  9. Substance abuse evaluation and treatment if necessary.
